The East Midlands Rotary district programme takes palce every August at Grafham Water. The programme lasts for 8 days and includes a range of activities from hands-on, physical challenges, to presentations and workshops.

During a RYLA programme participants will:

  • Gain exposure to leadership scenarios.
  • Explore problem-solving as part of a team.
  • Discuss and apply creative approaches to leadership and conflict management.
  • Build confidence in themselves and what they can acheive.
  • Meet new people and make lasting friendships.

RYLA can be arduous and physically demanding, so a reasonable level of fitness, and the abilty to swim, are essential to ensure that you get the most out of this amazing opportunity.
